25 years in the Scandinavian backcountry. 

I started backcountry skiing at early 90s on telemark skis.

I was competing in  Scandinavian extreme skiing championships at 1997 and was fortunate enough to win there at 2003.

I skied over the arctic mountains and built a snow cave for a sleepless night together with a bunch of other competitors in Kebnekaise Classic in 1998. I saw an avalanche taking my friend in the same year.

I've been growing along with the winters - they've thought me ultimate respect for the nature but also the joy of living - a love for the life and those short moments that keep gliding past us, like skis on never ending slope. 

Today I'm a CAA 2 certified avalanche professional.
